It's been just over a year since we moved here. For Brian, it was a return to a city he loves. For me, a new place, and somewhere warm - all year long!
There are times when I miss home and then there are times when I am so in love with the way this city just is. Even the insanely poor roads and the slower pace, which can drive me MAD.
So I just wanted to say how much I love you, how happy it makes me to be here.

I am orinally from New Orleans myself. I haven't been back in a very long time and I miss it like crazy!
